It’s Lisa Jardine calling from Leatherbarrow Primary with your Tuesday talk mail.

It’s another jam-packed week full of activities here at school!

Today is our whole school turkey dinner at the Hampton Legion. We are very thankful to Hampton High School for cooking and serving us such a delicious dinner!

Tomorrow, our students will be participating in their second Wednesdays in December enrichment session. We are loving learning about so many diverse and fun topics!

On Thursday, all classes will go skating again at the rink. To be permitted to skate, students must have skates, a helmet, snow pants and thick mittens or gloves. Any adults who intend on being on the ice must also wear skates and a helmet. Thank you to everyone who helps us with skating.

On Friday, our grade 2 students will go to Hampton Middle School for a Santa’s Workshop.

And finally, the Hampton Rotary Club’s Sock Barrel Campaign continues. If you are able, please send in a new pair of child or adult socks that can go in the barrel in our lobby. Barrels will be picked up Dec. 21 or 22.
